रायपुर : राज्य शासन के पंचायत एवं ग्रामीण विकास विभाग द्वारा रोका-छेका के प्रभावी अमल के लिए गौठान प्रबंधन समितियों को कुल आठ करोड़ 86 लाख रूपए की राशि जारी की गई है। शासन की महत्वाकांक्षी नरवा, गरवा, घुरवा, बारी योजना के तहत संचालित हर गौठान को 40 हजार रूपए दिए गए हैं। गौठान प्रबंधन समितियों के माध्यम से खुले में घूमने वाले मवेशियों के नियंत्रण और व्यवस्थापन में यह राशि खर्च की जाएगी। खुली चराई को रोकने और फसलों की सुरक्षा के लिए गौठान की व्यवस्था को सशक्त बनाने, उनके रखरखाव और संचालन में भी इस राशि का उपयोग किया जाएगा। विभाग द्वारा 2215 गौठानों को प्रथम किश्त के रूप में प्रत्येक गौठान 40 हजार रूपए के मान से अनुदान राशि जारी की गई है।
मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल के निर्देश पर परंपरागत रोका-छेका प्रथा को प्रभावी ढंग से लागू करने गौठानों के माध्यम से किसानों और पशुपालकों की मदद के लिए गांवों को यह राशि उपलब्ध कराई जा रही है। उल्लेखनीय है कि मुख्यमंत्री ने आगामी खरीफ मौसम को देखते हुए खुली चराई को रोकने, पैदावार बढ़ाने और बहुफसली क्षेत्रों के विस्तार के लिए गांवों और शहरों में रोका-छेका का आह्वान किया है। इससे खेतों, बाड़ियों और उद्यानों की सुरक्षा के साथ पशुधन भी सुरक्षित रहेंगे। रोका-छेका प्रथा को गंभीरता से लागू करने 19 जून से 30 जून तक प्रदेश के सभी गांवों और शहरों में लोग आपस में चर्चा कर रणनीति बना रहे हैं। पंचायत एवं ग्रामीण विकास मंत्री टी.एस. सिंहदेव के निर्देश पर विभाग के माध्यम से गौठान प्रबंधन समितियों को यह अनुदान उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है। गौठान प्रबंधन समितियों द्वारा इस राशि के उपयोग के संबंध में कृषि विभाग द्वारा दिशा-निर्देश जारी किए गए हैं।
राज्य शासन द्वारा नरवा, गरवा, घुरवा, बारी योजना के अंतर्गत संचालित गौठानों के रखरखाव और संचालन हेतु बालोद जिले के 94 गौठानों के लिए 37 लाख 60 हजार रूपए, बलौदाबाजार-भाटापारा के 87 गौठानों के लिए 34 लाख 80 रूपए, बलरामपुर-रामानुजगंज के 73 गौठानों के लिए 29 लाख 20 हजार रूपए, बस्तर के 63 गौठानों के लिए 25 लाख 20 हजार रूपए, बेमेतरा के 70 गौठानों के लिए 28 लाख रुपये, बीजापुर के सात गौठानों के लिए दो लाख 80 हजार रूपए, बिलासपुर के 72 गौठानों के लिए 28 लाख 80 हजार रूपए, दंतेवाड़ा के 21 गौठानों के लिए आठ लाख 40 हजार रूपए, धमतरी के 71 गौठानों के लिए 28 लाख 40 हजार रूपए, दुर्ग 156 गौठानों के लिए 62 लाख 40 हजार रूपए, गरियाबंद के 48 गौठानों के लिए 19 लाख 20 हजार रूपए, गौरेला-पेंड्रा-मरवाही के 26 गौठानों के लिए दस लाख 40 हजार रूपए, जाँजगीर-चाम्पा के 150 गौठानों के लिए 60 लाख रूपए और जशपुर के 64 गौठानों के लिए 25 लाख 60 हजार रूपए जारी किए गए हैं।
