एडवोकेट से जमीन के नाम पर लाखों की धोखाधड़ी

रायपुर। जमीन बेचने के नाम पर एक वकील से धोखाधड़ी हो गई। जमीन दलाल ने दूसरे को बेची गई जमीन उसे बेच दी और लाखों रुपए ठग लिया। आरोपी ने एक नहीं दो बार दूसरे को बिकी जमीन बेची। इसकी शिकायत पर आरोपी के खिलाफ अपराध दर्ज कर विवेचना में लिया गया है।

पुलिस के मुताबिक टैगोर नगर निवासी एडवोकेट अरुण कुमार साधवानी ने वल्लभ नगर निवासी अनिल उर्फ गोपाल चोपड़ा से अभनपुर के ग्राम टेकारी स्थित भूमि खसरा नंबर ७४८/१, ७४८/३, ७४८/४, ४७८/५ का ०.००५ हेक्टेयर, ०.०१२१ हेक्टेयर, ०.२२७ हेक्टेयर, ०.०३५ हेक्टेयर, ०.०१५७ हेक्टयर जमीन को खरीदा था। इसका नामांतरण अनिल ने वर्ष २०१२ में अरुण कुमार के नाम पर किया था। जबकि इन जमीनों का कुछ भाग अनिल पहले ही ज्योति राठी को बेच चुका था।

इसकी जानकारी होने पर अरुण ने अनिल से शिकायत की। इस पर अनिल ने उतनी ही जमीन किसी दूसरे स्थान पर देने देने का आश्वासन दिया। इससे अरुण राजी हो गए। बाद में अनिल ने ग्राम कोलर के पटवारी हल्का नंबर ४ में अपनी जमीन बताया। और उस जमीन को अरुण को दिया। इस जमीन की रजिस्ट्री करवा कर अरुण ने फिर नामांतरण के लिए तहसील कार्यालय में आवेदन लगाया।

इस दौरान खुलासा हुआ कि अनिल ने जिस जमीन को अरुण के नाम किया है, वह पहले ही फाफाडीह निवासी देवेंद्र पटेल को बेच दिया गया है। इसकी जानकारी होते एडवोकेट अरुण ने इसकी शिकायत अभनपुर थाने में की। पुलिस ने मामले की जांच के बाद आरोपी अनिल चोपड़ा के खिलाफ धोखाधड़ी का अपराध दर्ज कर विवेचना में लिया है।
