मुंबई में वेस्टर्न एक्सप्रेस हाईवे पर ट्रैफिक जाम, बारिश ने रेलवे को किया प्रभावित
मुंबई : भारी बारिश से यातायात प्रभावित हुआ है। वेस्टर्न एक्सप्रेस हाइवे पर भूस्खलन के कारण यातायात जाम हो गया है। इस दर्द को दूर करने का काम तुरंत किया गया है। मूसलाधार बारिश से शहर के कई हिस्सों में जलभराव भी हुआ, जिससे रेल यातायात प्रभावित हुआ। कुछ स्थानों पर बाढ़ के कारण मुंबई वासी को पूरी रात जागना पड़ा। पश्चिम और हार्बर रेलवे भी पटरियों पर बाढ़ के कारण ठहराव में आ गए हैं। मध्य रेलवे पर यातायात धीमा है।

कांदिवली में वेस्टर्न एक्सप्रेस हाईवे के गिरने के कारण मीरा रोड से मुंबई की ओर आने वाला ट्रैफिक भी ठप हो गया है। पहाड़ के कुछ हिस्से एक दूसरे के सामने ढह गए हैं और एक बिजली का खंभा भी ध्वस्त हो गया है। नतीजतन, सड़क पर कीचड़ के कारण मीरा रोड से मुंबई की ओर आने वाला ट्रैफिक पूरी तरह से ठप हो गया है। हालांकि, मुंबई से मीरा रोड का रास्ता खुला है। इससे वाहन चालकों को कुछ राहत है.
