किसान विरोधी नीतियों के खिलाफ संघर्ष तेज करने की बनेगी रणनीति

किसान सभा का 35वां महाधिवेशन 13 से त्रिशूर में, छत्तीसगढ़ से 6 प्रतिनिधि लेंगे हिस्सा, किसान विरोधी नीतियों के खिलाफ संघर्ष तेज करने की बनेगी रणनीति

रायपुर। अखिल भारतीय किसान सभा का 35वां राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन 13–16 दिसम्बर तक त्रिशूर (केरल) में आयोजित किया जा रहा है, जिसमें पूरे देश से 800 से ज्यादा प्रतिनिधि हिस्सा लेंगे। इस सम्मेलन में केंद्र और राज्यों की किसान विरोधी, कृषि विरोधी नीतियों के खिलाफ देशव्यापी संघर्ष विकसित करने और संगठन का विस्तार करने की योजना बनाई जाएगी। इस महाधिवेशन में हिस्सा लेने के लिए छत्तीसगढ़ किसान सभा के 6 प्रतिनिधि भी रवाना हो चुके हैं।

यह जानकारी छत्तीसगढ़ किसान सभा के अध्यक्ष संजय पराते ने एक विज्ञप्ति में दी। उन्होंने बताया कि किसान सभा का यह महाधिवेशन केंद्र सरकार के तीन कृषि विरोधी कानूनों के खिलाफ डेढ़ वर्षों तक चले देशव्यापी संयुक्त संघर्ष और इस संघर्ष में 750 से ज्यादा अन्नदाताओं की शहादत के बाद इन किसान विरोधी कानूनों को केंद्र सरकार द्वारा वापस लेने को बाध्य होने की पृष्ठभूमि में आयोजित किया किया जा रहा है। यदि ये कृषि कानून लागू हो जाते, तो देश की खेती–किसानी कॉरपोरेट कंपनियों के कब्जे में चली जाती। केंद्र सरकार द्वारा लागू की जा रही जन विरोधी नीतियों के खिलाफ संघर्ष के क्रम में किसान समुदाय को मिली इस अभूतपूर्व जीत में किसान सभा का महत्वपूर्ण योगदान था। इस देशव्यापी संघर्ष के कारण ही किसानों के बुनियादी मुद्दे देश की राजनीति के केंद्र में आ सके हैं।

उन्होंने कहा कि इस जीत के बावजूद गरीब किसानों व भूमिहीनों को कृषि व आवास के लिए भूमि देने और उन्हें ऋणमुक्त करने, खेती–किसानी के लिए सार्वजनिक व्यय को बढ़ाने, सकल लागत का डेढ़ गुना न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य घोषित करने का कानून बनाने, खाद–बीज–बिजली–पानी–दवाई में सब्सिडी देने, सार्वजनिक वितरण प्रणाली को सार्वभौमिक बनाने, मनरेगा में 200 दिनों का रोजगार और 600 रूपये मजदूरी देने, वनाधिकार और पेसा कानून का प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन करने और विकास के नाम पर किसानों की जमीन न छीनने जैसे मुद्दों पर पूरे देश में आंदोलन जारी है। किसान सभा के इस महासम्मेलन में इन मद्दों पर मजदूर संगठनों के सहयोग से देशव्यापी आंदोलन को मजबूत करने की रणनीति बनाई जाएगी। इसके साथ ही किसानों के सहयोग से मजदूर विरोधी श्रम संहिता को वापस लेने की मांग की जाएगी।

किसान सभा नेता ने बताया कि “हर गांव में किसान सभा और किसान सभा में हर किसान” के नारे को अमल में लाने के लिए भी इस सम्मेलन में योजना बनाई जाएंगी, ताकि अगले पांच वर्षों में किसान सभा की सदस्यता को तीन करोड़ तक पहुंचाया जा सके। इस समय अखिल भारतीय किसान सभा की सदस्यता डेढ़ करोड़ है। संगठन को मजबूत बनाने के लिए देश के सभी जिलों और तहसीलों में इसकी सक्रिय इकाईयां बनाने के प्रयास जारी है।

उन्होंने बताया कि किसानों के इस समागम को राकेश टिकैत सहित संयुक्त किसान मोर्चा के अन्य नेता भी संबोधित करेंगे। सम्मेलन के संदेश को किसान समुदाय तक पहुंचाने के लिए निकली सभी “अमर शहीद किसान ज्योति यात्राएं” कल 12 दिसम्बर तक त्रिशूर पहुंच जाएगी। इस राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन में शिरकत करने छत्तीसगढ़ किसान सभा के महासचिव ऋषि गुप्ता (सरगुजा), प्रशांत झा व जवाहर सिंह कंवर (कोरबा), कपिल पैकरा (सूरजपुर) और बिफन नगेसिया (बलरामपुर) त्रिशूर पहुंच चुके हैं। 16 दिसम्बर को सम्मेलन का समापन एक विशाल जन रैली के साथ होग

The 35th conference of Kisan Sabha in Thrissur from 13th, 6 delegates from Chhattisgarh, strategy will be made to intensify the struggle against anti -farmer policies

Raipur. The 35th National Conference of the All India Kisan Sabha is being held in Thrissur (Kerala) from 13–16 December, in which more than 800 delegates from all over the country will participate. In this conference, a plan will be made to develop nationwide struggle and expand the organization against anti -farmer, anti -agricultural policies of the Center and the states. 6 representatives of Chhattisgarh Kisan Sabha will participate in this national conference.

This information was given by Sanjay Parate, president of Chhattisgarh Kisan Sabha, in a release. He said that this conference of Kisan Sabha is held in the background of one and a half years of nationwide joint struggle against the three anti -agricultural laws of the Central Government and the martyrdom of more than 750 Annadatas in this struggle, the central government is forced to withdraw these anti -farmer laws. If these agricultural laws were implemented, the country’s cultivation would have gone in the hand of corporate companies. The Kisan Sabha had an important contribution in this unprecedented victory to the Kisan community in the struggle against anti -people policies being implemented by the central government. Due to this nationwide struggle, the basic issues of farmers have come to the center of the country’s politics.

He said that despite this victory, the movement is going on all over the country on the basic issues like land for agriculture and housing for poor farmers and landless, to liberate them from debt-trap, increase public expenditure for farming, to make laws to declare the minimum support price of one and a half times more the gross production cost, subsidy in fertilizer – Seed -Power -Water – pesticides etc., universal public distribution system, employment of 200 days in MNREGA and giving wages of Rs 600, effective implementation of forest rights and PESA law and not snatching farmers land in the name of development. In this conference of Kisan Sabha, a strategy will be made to strengthen the nationwide movement with the help of labor organizations on these issues. Along with this, there will be a demand to withdraw the Labor Code which goes against the working class.

The Kisan Sabha leader said that in this conference a plan will also be finalised to implement the slogan of “Kisan Sabha in every village and every farmer in Kisan Sabha”, so that the membership of Kisan Sabha can be brought to three crore in the next five years. At present, the membership of the All India Kisan Sabha is Rs 1.5 crore. Efforts are on to create its active units in all the districts and tehsils of the country to strengthen the organization.

He informed that Rakesh Tikait and other leaders of the Sanyukt Kisan Morcha will also address the AIKS conference. All the “Amar Shaheed Kisan Jyoti Yatras”, organised to spread the message of the conference to the farmer community, will reach Thrissur by December 12 tomorrow. Chhattisgarh Kisan Sabha general secretary Rishi Gupta (Surguja), Prashant Jha and Jawahar Singh Kanwar (Korba), Kapil Paikra (Surajpur) and Bifan Nagesia (Balrampur) have reached Trishur to attend this national conference. The conference will concluded on 16th December by a massive kisan rally.
